Your Path to Work — With Support Every Step of the Way
If you receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and are thinking about working, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it by yourself. Through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program, you can explore employment, build new skills, and increase your income without immediately losing your benefits.
As an approved Employment Network, we provide free, personalized support to help you succeed at work on your terms. That means career guidance, job search help, resume support, workplace accommodations, and benefits counseling so you understand how work may affect your Social Security and healthcare. The program is voluntary, flexible, and designed to move at a pace that feels right for you.
Ticket to Work allows you to test your ability to work while keeping important safety nets in place. There are work incentives and protections built into the program that let you earn more and gain confidence as you move toward greater financial independence — without fear of making the “wrong” move.
