Our Divisions
The many divisions work together to offer a range of service approaches that can either place someone on a job, train someone for a job or provide someone with a job. Employment Solutions believes that all work is honorable and that work builds self-respect. In addition, Employment Solutions helps people who are disabled or otherwise disadvantaged live as independently as possible while also engaging in satisfying personal pursuits.
Bluegrass Career Services
Participants are assisted with career development and exploration, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation to include mock interviews, job readiness and long-term employment support.
Campus Kids
The experiential time with children along with instruction in various academic aspects of childhood development and child care qualify our students to sit for the Child Development Associate exam, a nationally recognized credential for child care workers.
College For Technical Education
Employment Solutions, Inc./College for Technical Education is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education and Licensed by the Kentucky Commission of Proprietary Education as well as the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology.
Community Works
One-on-one enrichment services such as Community Living Supports, Community Access, Personal Assistance and Respite. Specialists work directly with participants to facilitate achievement of participant’s person-centered goals.

Expressive & Wellness Programs
Providing a full schedule daily for a wide range of interests, Expressive Programs brings community instructors, therapists and nutritionist into our program daily, as well as assisting people to travel out into the community EVERYDAY for meaningful quality social experiences.
Fresh Approach
Fresh Approach helps individuals master vocational and problem solving skills in a real workplace setting. Fresh Approach processes fresh vegetable and fruit products that are custom ordered by restaurants and food distributors.
Lifeworks Residential
Participants experience family household routines, holidays, vacations, bond and experiences. They learn what it means to be an integral part of a home dynamic. This naturalized living environment provides an opportunity to acquire new skills, improve or retain present skills and explore new experiences.
Lifeworks Therapies
Life Works provides integrated therapeutic solutions and residential waiver services to assist individuals in gaining their independence and stability in the community.
Q-box
Creates and ships thousands of die cut materials, boxes and packaging, used for a variety of products to customers all over the United States.

Empowerment through choice, enrichment and community inclusion, fostering interpersonal as well as social skills for everyone.
